Predictive maintenance without new sensors
Vibration, bearing temperature, current and pressure trends from the equipment you already run, so you replace the bearing days before it seizes
Breakdown maintenance is the most expensive kind
Calendar servicing replaces healthy parts and still misses the ones that fail early.
Unplanned stoppages and rush spare-part orders
Healthy parts replaced on schedule
No trend to show a failure developing
Maintenance decisions made on feel
The early signs of a failure in progress
Most failures announce themselves in a reading weeks before the stop.
Vibration, bearing temperature, current draw and speed.
Discharge pressure, temperature, load and run hours.
Cycle time, fault states, runtime and OEE from the same readings.
Surprise stops become planned work
Repairs are scheduled into planned downtime with the parts already on the shelf.
- Lower unplanned downtime
- Longer life from the parts you have
- Runtime-based service schedules
- A trend to show management why
Condition monitoring and predictive maintenance, answered.
No. Sentrel reads the controllers and meters you already have over Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, OPC-UA, MQTT or Siemens S7, through a small gateway that runs on an industrial PC or a Raspberry Pi. Nothing is replaced and your control logic is not touched.
Not always. Current, temperature, pressure and runtime already in your drives and controllers catch many developing faults. Where vibration matters, any sensor that outputs Modbus or 4 to 20 mA through an existing input can be read.
